1. What Standeva Is
Standeva is an AI-powered buying agent that helps people and businesses in Nigeria find, verify, and purchase products from third-party sellers.
Standeva is not a store, marketplace, retailer, or payment service provider. It acts as an agent and coordination layer.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must have a valid Nigerian phone number or reachable WhatsApp number.
- You must be able to enter a legally binding agreement under Nigerian law.
- You must not be prohibited from using the service under applicable law.
3. WhatsApp Number
Before using Standeva, we ask for your WhatsApp number so we can send updates, resolve transaction issues, and follow up when WhatsApp access is available.
Your number will not be sold or shared for third-party marketing.
4. Buyer Flow
- You may request a product by text, voice note, image, or video.
- Standeva searches available sources and presents options with pricing and trust signals.
- Service fees and delivery fees should be shown before you authorise payment.
- Payments should be handled by a licensed payment partner.
- Delivery is arranged through third-party logistics partners.
5. Seller Flow
- Sellers can list products by providing description, price, condition, quantity, and location.
- Standeva may assign trust scores based on verification data, transaction history, and feedback.
- Sellers must accurately describe products and must not list counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, or regulated goods.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Do not list or buy counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited goods.
- Do not submit misleading descriptions or images.
- Do not manipulate trust scores or reviews.
- Do not bypass Standeva payment flows to avoid fees.
- Do not use bots or scripts without permission.
- Do not harass, defraud, or deceive other users.
- Do not violate Nigerian law.
7. Liability
Standeva is an agent and intermediary. We are not liable for product quality, seller failures, third-party logistics delays, or interruptions caused by external providers except where Nigerian law requires otherwise.
8. Intellectual Property
The Standeva name, interface, and original content belong to Standeva. You may not copy or distribute them without written permission.
By submitting content, you grant Standeva a limited licence to use it for operating and improving the platform.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes should first go through Standeva internal resolution before court action where applicable.
10. Changes and Contact
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
